Sleep & Solace

One of the biggest challenges new parents face is sleep deprivation. Newborns awaken frequently throughout the night as they separate their days from night and need to eat often. I can:

  • Bring baby to you for feedings, but settle baby so you can fall back to sleep more quickly

  • Support nighttime breastfeeding sessions

  • Feed baby from a bottle (if desired)

  • Clean and prepare bottles and pump parts as necessary

  • Prepare snacks for parents

  • Perform quiet, light housekeeping, such as folding laundry

Overnight & respite care are available upon request and appointment. Regular package rates apply.
